SortableGridPlugin Upgrade and TW 2.1 Compatibility

I've completed an upgrade to SortableGridPlugin which includes
compatibility with TiddlyWiki 2.1.0 and still works with 2.0.11. I
haven't tested with any other versions. It has a formatter hijack, and
I detect the TW version and switch hijacks.

In addition, the new plugin has a number of improvements:

* Standard-style documentation
* A new "file size" datatype for sorting (nnnKb, nnnMb, etc.)
* Currency sorting now supports sterling and euro as currency symbols
* Numeric and currency parsing/matching is strict
* Numerics can now include leading + and -
* Refactored out explicit references to full plugin object dotted name
* Tabified and reformatted for readability
* Passes Javascript Lint

This morning I found your wonderful plugin. I love it thanks.

This afternoon I took the plunge and upgraded from 2.0.11 to 2.1.2, and
frustratingly the plugin no longer works. Any plans for a tweaking of
the code?

I have updated it. Actually all I had to do was allow the 2.1 code to
be used on 2.1.1 and 2.1.2, the hijack is identical.

Thanks for this. I had the same problem and am glad to hear the
upgrade has been made. Unfortunately, my company's Websense blocks you
page as "Personal", so I will have to wait until I get home to grab the
updated version.

OK, I updated this again for 2.1.3, except now it will try to run
regardless of the TW 2.1 revision (i.e. on 2.1.x regardless of x).

G'day Bob,

Neat plugin. I don't use it much, but when I do just, well, it just
makes things so damn easy!
Might be useful to update the URL in the 'Source' link in your plugin though.
