Remove link information popup on mouse hover

When you hover your on a tiddler link it displays the tiddler name
along with who created it and the date. How can I switch this off?

Put the following line of javascript into a tiddler (e.g.,
[[ConfigTweaks]]):

config.messages.tiddlerLinkTooltip=""

Then, tag this tiddler with "systemConfig"... save-and-reload...
