The standard keyboard shortcuts
(http://tiddlywiki.com/#KeyboardShortcuts) don't seem to work for me
(Firefox 2.0.0.12 on WinXP).

alt-S pulls up the History menu, alt-F the File menu, ctrl-N a new
browser window, ctrl-J the downloads window, etc.

ctrl-enter does work to save a tiddler, and escape aborts.

Any way to get these working? What about assigning new ones (like
ctrl-shift-enter saves and closes the tiddler)?

Access keys in FireFox are alt-SHIFT-letter....

ctrl-shift-enter (or shift-click on the 'done' toolbar command) is
already in use: holding SHIFT causes a 'minor change': the author/
modification date of the tiddler remain unchanged. Note: if 'minor
changes' is globally enabled (see [[AdvancedOptions]]), the meaning of
the SHIFT key is reversed, and holding SHIFT changes the author/date..

Thanks for the correction! Is this documented somewhere obvious that I missed?
