Is it possible to export a Tiddler to MS Word?...or *.txt so that I
could paste it into a Word doc?
Thanks

Try this inline script:
http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#SaveTiddlerToFile
(requires http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#InlineJavascriptPlugin)

Prompts for a path/file using your system-specific dialog box, and
then writes the tiddler *source* content to that file.

Since your willing to copy-paste, why not copy the viewed tiddler
itself? I do that with ForEachTiddler generated list (copying from IE6
to Word) and it keeps all formating. Headings look the same, tables
are tables, etc.

The only thing I'd like if it didn't keep the formating on is links
(hyperlinks that go no where, but still have the popup info) and the
newReminder form which still has working dropdown menus and text
fields.
