House Cleaner/Maid

Does anyone have a house cleaner here at the MET that they can recommend?  I have a 2-bed/2-bath that I'd be looking to get cleaned 2x/month.  Please let me know anybody you use that you are happy with and trust.  Thanks!

There is a lady here at the met by the name of Mary with MLClean818 that does a great job cleaning my place twice a month (building 8). I have referred her to a few friends and family members and the feedback I got was excellent. She charges me a flat rate of $90 for my 2 bedroom here at the Met.

a friend of mine used Mary once and she said she was a great girl and did a decent job..however since she's by herself, it took her a LONG time...like 7 hours or something.  And also you have to provide the cleaning material for her, she doesnt bring her own. But its a good price, i just think having 2 people is better and much faster. I dont know if i have patience for someone to be in my house for half a day lol

I use a company owned by Eddy Garcia.  The phone number is:  818-980-2137.  If anyone phones Eddy, tell him Joyce Ellis recommended his company.  I have had the same woman for 5 years and she has followed me when I have moved.  My house is immaculate after she cleans and I have never had a price increase- $75.00.  We are in a 2+2 and a loft.  She changes the sheets and washes and folds them, as well.  She has a gate card and a key.  I am never home when she comes.  Of course, I know her.  If I need anything special done, I simply leave a few extra dollars and a note in Spanish, because she isn't fluent in English.

I don't know the name of the company.  Eddy and his wife run the company.  The payment goes to E Garcia.  There are several women that work for Eddy and his wife.  Most of them don't drive, so Eddy brings them.  My best friend, son, and parents use them in addition to us.  My son and best friend have the same cleaning lady.  Mine is a different cleaner but she is fantastic!
