Interior Pro.

What would be the cost to change out the tub and do a walk in shower like the one you did in your home? Assuming tile is not included? Also what barrier do you have to keep water from going to the toilet area (glass, curtain?)

Hello Yuka,

I don't have any barrier for it does not get that wet in the toilet area. Although one day when I can afford it I would put glass. For a customer in this complex I would probably put a 4 to 6 in dam. Unless you live on the 1st floor and need handicap access or have bad knees. The labor cost with new valve and demo without tile roughly around $ 5,000.
