All padlocks were stolen from tennis courts and they closed it for 24 hours to meet with management to discuss what to do.
The reason they did the locks was because of vandalism, dogs in the courtc, people coming at night to drink.
You can call a head of time to reserve a spot on the court.
If you want to stay longer than an hour and the court is not full, call and extend your time.
HOA is trying to protect the investment. The lock key system is the same way for courts and massage room.

Homeowner in B5 said what the HOA has planned to stop vandalism. What are the steps to fix it. HOA just said they will continue to put heavier locks even if a homeowner thinks breaking things will solve the situation.
Tiarra said that outgoing mailbox slots are no longer in the works. The post office advised not to do it due to issues with theft. Just go to one of the near by mailboxes near the complex. A homeowner complained that they didn't want to get out of their car to drop off mail.

HOA suggested that if there are any major problems that they suggest getting together in your building and discuss to bring it up to the board. Petition, etc. If you want a camera is certain problem areas, hoa can assess those as a building and work with each building.
