Subject: Natural Cleaning
Do you care not only environment of the Earth off, but also
environment of your home? Do you feel your home is your small
planet?
Have you ever guessed that you can attend in the movement against
environmental pollution, global warming and other ecological
catastrophes not leaving your house, from your kitchen, for sample?

Well, I’ll share with you secrets of cleaning time.  So, the first
step, that you can do for the purpose to protect nature around your
lovely home and environment inside are using organic cleaning
products.

If you don’t trust in strength of non-chemical cleaning supplies, you
might be wrong. Besides, proper cleaning with the natural cleaners is
among the best way to extend and maximize the life of your house and
furniture. Your investment on the upholstery, for sample, will mean
nothing if you let trivial things like stains and odors cause
premature damages. Here are a few cleaning tips that will help assure
preservation of your furniture.

Taking off the stains doesn’t have to be painful, write the expert
Anthony Lee, - you just have to identify mainly the type of fabric and
the caused the stain substance. For this you can try to check it in
the manual or call to the manufacturer. Going the extra mile, in this
case, means saving your valuable piece of furniture or removing it.

After considering the fabric, we propose that you example of the
cleaning material in an inconspicuous part of the upholstery. This
way, any dangerous effects such as discoloration may be prevented from
affecting the whole surface of your favorite furniture.

The next thing you have to attend to is the type of stains that are on
the surface of your items.  For the sample, in the case of grease
stains, immediate reaction is crucial in treating. Sprinkle salt,
cornstarch or talcum powder on the spot where the grease in found. Rub
it well and leave until the grease is absorbed. After this, brush the
grease and powder off the upholstery, wipe with a damp cloth.

Easier to do is removing coffee stains.  If you combine vinegar, water
and dish detergent you will have a very effective stain-removing agent
to work with. Don’t smudge hard because this can damage the
upholstery. But you can try to treat the material with a dry-cleaning
solvent also if the above-mentioned technique doesn’t work.

For the cleaning of mold stains you can mix a quarter teaspoon of
color safe bleach and a cup of hydrogen peroxide. Using a cloth,
lightly rub the mould stain with this solution and then wash the stain
with warm water. Leave to dry for the several minutes.

Consider making your own cleaning products also for general cleaning
purpose before going to the store and wasting money on expensive
items. You can make large amounts and store them for the next several
times.

To make an orange, lemon or lavender smelling bathroom or kitchen
cleaner, add two teaspoons of borax, 10 drops of orange, lemon or
lavender essential oil to two cups of water. Store the mix in an empty
jug or a spray bottle and use it to clean your sink.

Clean your carpets with a homemade cleaner as well. Mix two cups
baking soda, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1 tablespoon cloves and 5 crushed bay
leaves. Store the mixture in a medium size can and sprinkle it on the
carpet. Let it stand for a few hours and then vacuum.

1/4 cup distilled white vinegar and 1 gallon of warm water solution
will make excellent cleaning work for your hard wood floor. It remains
only mop  floors with it and after rinse with warm water.

For cleaning your drains, mix 1 cup of hot water, 1/2 cup salt, 1/2
cup baking soda and 1/8 cup common mayonnaise and pour in the drain.
Leave it for ½-1 hour and then you have to rinse drain properly with
hot water.

Polishing your furniture might be also eco-friendly if you spray it
such home-making mixture as 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon
white vinegar and 4 cups water. You need wipe it after with cotton
cloth.

And the winner of home-making cleaners is the all-purpose solution.
For it you have to have 1/2 pint rubbing alcohol, 1/4 cup ammonia, 1
teaspoon laundry detergent, and 1 quarts of water you have always.

Usually, excluding situations that do require the use of chemical
cleaners are fireplaces. All that remains is to choose the safest
method. Oven cleaner will take off that old baked on soot (the usual
method is the use of harsh acids). Spray this stone place and leave
for 10 to 15 min. Test it and then see if it’s ready to be wiped off.
You might leave it a little bit longer if it’s necessary. Wipe it off
and wash properly down with foam and hot water and allow to dry.

At the end is one very important advice in household cleaning!
Remember it forever! Never (!) mix ammonia, vinegar, rust remover or
lye with a dishwasher detergent, chlorine bleach, toilet-bowl or oven
cleaners!  Deadly dangerous gas can be created by this combination!

Well, our grandmothers and grand grandmothers had used mentioned-above
secrets of cleaning time. But, you are in 21st  century; and you might
be afraid you are not a wizard, and all these making yourself
solutions won’t work properly! Or you simply don’t have time to make
it (it might be so!). You know, housekeeping have became another than
earlier; and it’s disclosed many others secrets of time and
generations nowadays.

You, of course, can reach your phone, call your local affordable and
reliable eco-friendly maid service and book their professional
cleaning. It will save you a lot of grief, and all of your cleaning
will just be tidying up! You deserve it!
