how to reduce the page load time

Hi guys,
My company already develop one page.In that page size is (4mb),But i reduce (1.5Mb) using css files. It page load time is high.So i used outputcache and connection pooling and storeprocedure.So it time of loading reduce little.But i need reduced that.How is it possible???

Any body see that the hotmail source page.It doesn't very big.But it has somany operation.

Like that i need.

Disable the viewstate for the controls for which u r loading the new
data for every postback or make EnableViewstae =false for those
controls whose states need not to be maintained after the postback...

Disable SessionState if u r not using it...
