Hi folks, A VERY BIG THANK YOU to everyone who came last friday night to the Apex band night, we raised £1200 ( after all outgoings) for the street children on the Azul Wasi project ( this includes raffle & peru goods sales).

 

Many thanks to La Sonera Calaveras, Ricky's wee Rumba/ Bata band too & Yamil & Kath, Niamh & Ali for performing etc.  Also a big thank you to everyone else that helped on the night & sold tickets etc, without you it wouldn't have been so successful.

 

Thanks too to everyone who came from further afield it was nice to see you there too.  Thanks for making the effort to come.

 

 Also thanks to those who supported the workshops on Sat with Kath & Yamil, they were great.

 

Someone left a pair of shoes at the Apex on friday they are at the hotel still unless someone has already claimed them.

 

 The next Latin Quarter is on fri 13th June at the City Centre function suite, Seagate Dundee. £5/ £4 ( stu) 8.30 till 12.30, class at 8.30 for beginners.
