November Willow Park Brevets and Bonus Rides

Tired of riding flat roads?  Do you crave hills, chip seal, dogs, head wind, and the occasional cowboy (or cowgirl)?  Then come to the land just west of Fort Worth for an exciting month of riding.  Below is the schedule for the Willow Park Brevets and a few bonus permanents thrown in as warm up and recovery rides.

Willow Park 300K or 200K RUSA Brevet

Thursday November 26^th at 9:00 a.m.

Ride So You Can Eat FWBA Thanksgiving Day Ride

Routes of 50 to 100 miles from Gary’s house (no RUSA credit)

Ride Because You Ate LSR Style

Old Dennis 219K Permanent

 

Saturday November 28^th at 7:00 a.m.

Willow Park 200K RUSA Brevet

 

Sunday November 29^th (reply for start time)

Poolville Perdition 214K Permanent recovery ride

 

That is a total of almost two thousand RUSA Ks ready for the K-Hounds.

 

The Willow Park Brevets start at the northwest corner of the Brookshire’s parking lot on the southeast corner of I-20 and Ranch House Road in Willow Park.

 

Old Dennis 219K and Poolville Perdition 214K start at the Wendy’s/Pilot Truck Stop on the southwest corner of I-20 and Old Dennis Road in Weatherford.

 

The Thanksgiving Day ride starts at my house at 4325 Northpointe Drive, Aledo, TX  76008.

 

Please e-mail me back to get on the participant list for the Brevets and Permanents and the ride start times for the Permanents.  I will send out several reminder e-mails as November progresses.  Even if you are on the fence, please e-mail me so we have enough cards and cues.
