Dana is one tough randonneuse. I still remember the duct tape (pink,
of course) on her injured ankle for an entire 600K a couple of years
ago. Congratulations!

So far only a few people have RSVPed for Saturday's 400K from Willow
Park. Please e-mail me back even if you are on the fence.

The store in Lipan closes at 10pm. That is at mile 200. There is a
hose there for water and a nearby post office. If you are not a hammer
dog bring a post card. Detailed instructions are on the cue sheet.

21st; Old Dennis 27th. Hope the weather can hold right where it has

Just getting up from my hangover. 12 Lone Star Beers, a pack of Strikes and a game of 290 isn't bad for a cloudy Sunday morning. ;-) I know there are other K-Hounds that want to join me but afraid to cross into the 'dark' side. Besides, they say cross training in the winter is good for the body and mind. I'm just getting an early start at it.

With the completion of this weekend's 600K in Brookshire Back Seat
Barbie (my wife Dana Pacino) has earned her Ultra Randonneur award.
That is quite a feat because she not only rode 15,400 Ks in brevets,
but she did it and put up with me.

Great day for LSR....Angela did one of her fastest, Coach Will finished ingood enough spirits to raz ME about goofing off, Banana blazed through the 20miler to first of course, and my favorite has to be Jeremy who beat his "if everythings perfect" runtime by 3 minutes for 3:17!!!! What a pile of freakazoids and I was thrilled to get to cheer them on!
