The Tablet PC is being deployed in various schools. Many educators are
familiar with the functionality of the Tablet PC and are taking steps
to integrate this functionality into their classrooms. Education
professionals should paritipcate in discussions centered on the
implementation of Tablet PC technology as well as possible future
applications of Tablet PC technology. This forum can serve as a gateway
for those discussions.
This space will also be the basis of a roundtable conference on the use
of Tablet PC technology in schools. The roundtable is sponsored by
Lake Forest Country Day School
which will take place on April 26. Discussions during the roundtable
will be posted to this site. It is our hope that the materials posted
here will act as a seed for continued disucssion and elaboration. If
you have any thoughts or comments prior to the conference, please do
not hesitate to add them here by editing this page. Your comments will
only add to a richer discussion.
