What: Migration Stewardship: Beyond Borders

We are gearing up for the fourth Migration Stewardship: Beyond Borders event at Aransas National Wildlife Refuge Complex.  Last year was a huge success with over 400 students.


We would like to extend a sincere "thank you" for being a partner, through continued partnerships we can foster an appreciation for the natural world and encourage the youth of today to become our stewards of tomorrow.


Please let us know what topic you prefer. Anything that migrates can be a topic, even earth worms (anyone up for vertical migration?).  Scroll below to view past presentations.

March 3, 2008.  Please indicate yes I am able to participate or no I am unable to participate in your correspondence.  

The objectives of the event are aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) to meet state education requirements.

Event: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Grade: 4th grade
Presentation info: 20 minutes each-5 minutes to switch stations-1 hour lunch-6 to 8 presentations each.
