First, we will be having a repeat of last years photo contest this Fall.
More details will be coming soon. But now would be a good time to begin to

Hello members,
Is any one interested to get together on July 3rd for a free Pre-Independence Day picnic – (no cooking) at the Kensico Dam in Valhalla with music and fireworks display? Times given are 5 – 10 PM. Weather pending. It is generally sponsored by Westchester County.
I want be able to get there before 6/6:30 pm. It does get very crowded later on. It is always good to park further out and walk a stretch, not to get stuck at the end in the massive “get-away” rush. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Bring your own food and beverage for dinner al fresco.
