Since it is noted that a Greenwich Beach Pass is required, I asked Don Brown (of Ski & Scuba Connection in Greenwich) to check whether non-residents will also be admitted. This is his reply below:
I just checked with the chairman of the Shell Fish Commission and they will be allowing non-residents in who identify that they are going to Shell Fish Commission event.
