When using TRAIN please cite our work:
Bekaert et al., RSE 2015, Statistical comparison of InSAR tropospheric correction techniques

TRAIN can be used with any InSAR processor.
Chapter 4 of the TRAIN manual explains you how to set it up.
This is automated in case of StaMPS processed data.
Im working to expand this to ISCE.
Contributions from the community are welcomed.
