anxiety attacks

My client who is a 45 yr old female with CP has anxiety attacks so severe that this last one landed her in the hospital psychiaty ward! Does anyone know if this is common with CP or if she just is having her own problems?

I have two separate disabilities, my CP and my psychiatric disability. They feed off each other, and are always different to figure out what is the main source of the issue. I found the antidepressant Effexor helped my anxiety a lot, and Lorazepam. Hope this is helpful. I would also reccomen a psychopharmacologist. It is important to know how these drugs will effect the CP.
