Subject: Fundamental Sport Psychology subjects we will fully explore.
Thanks to everyone involved in Mental Golf and Sport Psychology.

A heads-up, letting you know we will be systematically exploring a
variety of subjects and content areas.  I have listed some of them
below and each will come into play over time, especially when we are
stimulated by each other's probing questions and thoughtful comments:

All of these subjects have been addressed in my books, In The Zone:
Making Winning Moments Your Way of Life and Teeing Off With The
Masters: A Sport Psychology Novel.

Your thoughtful involvement in this Forum, as we go along, will result
in full integration of the concepts and procedures in your Elite
Performance, on and off the course.

For those joining our Former later on, all subject matter discussed is
filed and retained for future use.

We will take each issue, one at a time, in no particular order.  We'll
just follow the flow of this Forum, addressing your interests in the
moment.

Your mind is your greatest resource and I remind you of Jack
Nicklaus's comment, "Don't ever try to tell me golf is not 99.9% a
mental game."

Finally, if you know another golf addict, let him/her know of our
Forum, so we can benefit from their participation, as they can also
benefit.

Together, let's move forward,

Dr. Ray
