The R's use of CONTRACT WITH AMERICA was very effective. A common
near-synonym for CONTRACT is AGREEMENT.
I created a title for the platform, based on that word and the
implication that we can end bickering by emphasizing those things on
which Americans can agree.
I could not work with the formatting in the GROUP PLATFORM document so
I started from scratch but kept the major elements and most of the
GROUP language.
