Hello & welcome to our Email group!

We are volunteers for the Transportation Alternatives Queens Volunteer Committee. We advocate on behalf of cyclists, pedestrians, and mass transit users in Queens. We do social rides, volunteer activism, attend community events and indulge in happy hours! One of our biggest accomplishments is getting the protected bike lanes on Queens Boulevard.

We are active and we recommend you do a few things to get more involved:

Come to our monthly meeting! Here we discuss our campaigns for safer streets, key news and actions for the month ahead
- 6:30-8:00 PM, 2nd Tuesday of the month at 72-24 Broadway in Jackson Heights top floor (a block from the 74th St / Roosevelt Avenue subway station)
