StartAid menu bar does not appear on Mozilla 3.0.11

Hello All,


I have a very weird problem:
on one of my PV StartAid menu bar does not appear on Mozilla 3.0.11.
I tried to disable/ enable it: no sucess
I tried to uninstall/install it: no succes

Did anyone faced the same problem?

Did you just install the plugin?


I am not sure what PV stands for.  Is that th brand name of your computer?

Yes it worked without any problems for a few days ...

Yes, I confirm, what I did was just to install the add on

When you say the side bar is not working, is it open but just not showing any links inside the sidbar?

I see the  Mozilla bookmarks menu in the browser, but I do not see the Online Bookmarks menu from Startais, despite the fact that it is installed and enables
when I go to the menu  Tools,  Add ons, it  is there installed and enabled

Is is possible for you to take a screen shot of what you see?  If you send me some screen shots it would help me understand what is happening on your side :)

I am also having the same problem - my sidebar had been working and
when I updated to firefox 3.0.11 the sidebar went away. I also tried
to disable/enable and uninstall/install and getting the same results.

Please see attached, I attached a screenshot of a browser having no problems.

 

Basically on the browser having problems the same menu "Online Bookmarks" and its icons do not appear like if it is not installed

Ok, I can see the 3 Startaid Icons and the "Online Bookmarks" Menu and your side bar is not showing.  What happens when you click the startaid sidebar button (the one with the blue ribbon in the icon)?  Do it give you an error and not open the sidebat?

Also can when you try and CTRL + SHIFT + S
