Brylee Stevens, Junelle Coyne,Maneisha McCarthy, Steelie McMath Sound familiar? If so, you know they are the spammers that have been over-running at least one mailing list host and seen to a lesser extent on another. Hate spammers? Love roleplaying/writing? Welcome to a new kind of roleplay, the Spammer RPG! Here's how it works: Make up stories about characters with the names of spammers, trolls/flamers, and those from chain email! Write letters from characters from chain email hoaxes and with the names of spammers, but don't actually spam or troll/flame the list! This should be hilarious! No characters are taken, and none will be considered "taken" unless somebody actually wants to reserve the name or names of some spammer(s) to use consistently as a regular character or wants to use their own pre-created character. For example, if you receive in your inbox or see on a forum a spam from erika-haven898@numberonespot.info you get to write something you make up about or from a character called Erika Haven. Anyone on this list getting spam from Erika Haven may write something else about her and it doesn't matter if it seems to conflict with what was written in the event that two different posters write Erika doing two different actions, and the posts show up on the list at the same time. Chalk it down to some bizarre physical, mental, or emotional properties of the character and imagine how wacky some of their actions would look in a movie. This could get pretty crazy, but that's the idea! If you like this idea but can't come up with the name of a spammer that's bugged you, there is a long list of spammer names and email addresses, some of which are a pretty funny read and might contribute to some very wacky character actions. Reminder: I will not let any actual spam go through, nor will gutter-talk be tolerated. You may rpg fictional chain email people such as Jessica Mydek, Amy Bruce, Ashley Flores, Rachel Arlington etc. and post parodies on chain letters, but you may not rpg a real person a chain email was about, for example Andy Rooney, Dr. Phil, George Bush etc. Caution: No Christian-bashing. A lot of chain letters exploit people's religiousness while irritating those who don't believe in God, but anti-Christianity and anti-Semetism etc will not be accepted, and the excuse that you're rpging some anti-Christian character won't cut it either. Consider this your only warning about that. You may use a made-up god in place of God if you want to parody a religious chain email. You may roleplay your own created characters and established fictional characters from books, TV, movies etc. as regulars if you like, but please be careful. You can't have some crazy axe murderer or sex offender show up and hack up or heinously abuse any or all of the spammer name characters, or any others for that matter. I dislike sadistic characters with godlike powers AKA the seemingly invinceable and very sick-minded, twisted villain types, and they tend to lose their powers here. Now, have fun writing the nutty adventures and lives of spammers and fictional chain mail characters. spam blocker - help fight spam email!
