Travelites' 23rd birthday was celebrated with lots of good food and
good people from around
the Carolinas. We welcomed one returning single lady and some first
timers to Travelites.
There was nothing to be added or removed from the club's bylaws. We
were having so much fun
that we neglected to vote for delegates to the regional and national
conventions. LOL
If you will be attending either, please let me know. I need to send
out an email to vote or
you can let me know if you will allow the Certifying Officer to cast
the vote for the
deletegate(s).
The hot tub was available as was the volleyball court, the top toss
game aka testicle toss
aka boulder toss game, and horseshoes.
To those who missed it, well...we did miss you. A photo of the Carvel
ice cream birthday
cake with some of the attendees will be put on the club's Yahoo
site.
The next event will be a pool party in Wiliston, SC on June 27th - let
me know if you will
be there and if you need directions. Please bring snacks and food to
share for the
day/evening.
