It's still and oppresive here today, but many 1000s of
snouts
are moving through Maverick County. They appear
to be on a compass heading just a few degrees west of
north.
I'd estimate over 100 per minute.
Yesterday between the Hutto Place north of Lake Amistad
and
near the Border Patrol station south of the cutoff to
Rocksprings
and continuing down to Del Rio still more monarchs:
several 100s
per minute, all headed due north. As many as raindrops
in
a light shower.
