Don't know what the extension is - can't see it in amongst the dozens
I have!
But it works with snipurl............ will have to go look for it a
bit later - gotta go earn a buck now..

I don't see that option in Firefox's right-click menu when I select
some text. Are you using an extension? Sounds like a useful one.

Yes - it is done via the right click option of copy with address.

That was fast! 8-)

Yes, it does copy the *title* of the Site page, but I was referring to
a "snip" of text off the page. "20-year-old etc.. etc......."
As you can see in my Firefox example,

Good to have a vote of yes for this feature. There isn't a consensus
from users though, and we're thinking how best to implement this
without disrupting the snipurls that may have been shared over the
last six years. Watch this space!

The copying of a snipurl with description should work in any browser.
Snipurl works very well with Opera for sure! Have you setup the
copying of description in the Settings page --

My query is that in Firefox I can highlight some text and it will be
copied ( *optional* with snip address from Right Click option) as this

Multi Snip Problems

When I Multi Snip (with name and title) a url that is already
registered, it generates a '3xxxxx' name.and possibly remove the
original snip/'name'

This makes it impossible to have an external list and try to update.
(I do not knw which ones are registerd).

I went back and deleted the '3xxxx' urls and my good snips were gone.

Snipurl does work in Omniweb. Do you have both Javascript and Flash
enabled?

I've been using SnipURL in various releases of OmniWeb on Mac OS X
10.5 for a long time. It worked the first time, and I never had a
problem ... until now.

SnipURL and/or OmniWeb has changed such that Copy to Clipboard now
does nothing.

Not sure I understand the question. What website would you like to unblock?
Did you receive an email with a "[link]" in it that had
something about unblocking?
