That is true... but going back to computers, if my computer breaks down, I can fix it relatively quickly, if I had a Mac, I would have to go at least 70 miles to find a store that carries any parts...

Speaking of cars, I went to my favorite watering hole last Friday and when I drove in the parking lot, I saw this wild looking sports car... I got out and walked around the thing... it turned out it was a Lamborghini Gallardo... what an awesome looking car... but for my utilitarian uses it wouldn't be worth it's weight in salt...

Oh, then, no problem. But the Chevy is more likely to break down, is
underpowered for the class of auto, and needs more maintenance.

Which reminds me: my nephew saw a VW Phaeton on the road yesterday--
here in Indiana!--and says they have twin V-6's. How can you do that
without making the car 8 feet wide??

What kind of trunk space does it have?

I'd bet you couldn't haul much with it...

I didn't see the size of the trunk, nor did I talk to it's owner... the owner was a young guy, about my age and his female companion... the other guys in the Beer Garden were talking his ear off, and I decided not to annoy him... When he left, the guys tried to get him to "spin 'em up", but he decided not to... he revved it up to maybe 4k and then drove off fairly slowly (which I guess makes sense, ~500 hp and a heavy foot don't really mix!)

Set it up with a hitch and tow your smoker to the next competition. You
may not win, but you will be remembered longer than the GC!

The local appliance store owner had a 60's Corvette convertible with a
hitch. Ive seen it pulling a trailer with a refrigerator on it - the
delivery was on the way to his beach house and it was the weekend.
This was 20 years ago and we still talk about it.
