I don’t use these, but in case someone does, I thought I’d pass along the savings. Slickdeals.net posted this sale this morning:

Home Depot in stores only (store locator) has 2-pack of 21.6 lb (43.2lb total) Kingsford Charcoal for $10. Thanks ThriftyCent
There is also a possible additional $6 printable coupon available with purchase of a Glad brand product, for an even better deal.

I saw that yesterday...good to see you're still scanning slickdeals.

I got a 5kg digital scale a couple of months back for $24 delivered,
accurate to 1g, reads lbs/kg, multiple tare resets and calculates
caloric values for 999 foods plus another 99 you can manually enter.
Really handy.

How's the daycare diner concept going?

I check slickdeals at least 10 times a day. In fact, I just got back from
Sears, where I picked up a 5 piece patio set, that I saw on slickdeals for
$145. While the order pickers were getting it, I checked it out in the store
and it's a pretty decent set.

Daycare is going great. We were a little nervous back in December, and were
thinking of closing the doors. Now all of a sudden, the phone is ringing off
the hook. Somehow, we've also tapped into two public school systems, that
have us not only supplying charter schools, but the public ones as well.

Our current contracts are keeping us at a break even point, but at least
we're making payroll and paying the bills. In September, our signed
contracts will put our gross income at 6 times what it is now, and will
start generating a nice profit for us. Of course at that point I won't have
any time for Vegas vacations!
