So sad. Very quiet competent man. He was on to something by wrapping
his meats in paper and putting them back on the cooker, methinks.

I saw a video somewhere where he was taking some out to cut. I "think" he used it as a warming tool. I saw him taking some out that weren't wrapped but when he was slicing for a customer it came out wrapped and had already had some pieces sliced off.

Just found the video. I think it was made recently also.

Thanks for posting this. I visited Taylor back in the 50s when I was
stationed in San Antonio in the USAF. Brought back a lot of happy
memories.
