Keep getting and SMS Sent Failed message every time I send a send a
SMS. Ive tried restarting, changing the port number and using Secure
HTTP. Nothing works. Any tips?

Maybe your phone secure app don't permit RWD app to send a SMS. So
please check whether exist such security setting on your phone.
