Vista trouble shooting

Some Problems has occured in windows Vista Sinhala rending!!
Need some att...

I tried and tried but something is wrong??!!??
letter ''අ ''i can write
but letter ''අා'' wont come correctly I tried to write with Zero Width
joiner but didn't work though.

and then i tried to write පා කා සා යා මා it came out ok but again
when i tried to write ඔ් didnt went well

somebody help!!

මෙම ප්‍රශ්ණය තියෙන්නෙ විඩෝස් විස්ටා වල තියෙන කීබෝඩ් ලේඅඋට් එක භාවිතා
කරපුවමයි.
"ආ"ලියන්න බැහැ. "ඕ" ලියන්න බැහැ. මේක මගේ පරිගණකයේ විතරක් තියෙන
ලෙඩක්ද??

නමුත් මා ගාර්ප් සිංහල කීමෑන් 7ට යොදාගෙන ලියපුවම් කිසිම ප්‍රශණයක්
වෙන්නේ නැහැ.
කෙසේ නමුත් වින්ඩෝස් විස්ටා වලට මයික්‍රොසොෆ්ට් වර්ඩ් 2003 ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කරල
ලියල බැලුවා
වැඩේ හරියන්නෙ නැහැ.

මේ ගැන දන්න අය ඉන්නවා නම් ලියන්න.

Are you using a license CD / DVD copy.
It is very difficult to give answers to other CD /DVD copies.

Yes! I am using a license CD/Dvd Copy,

Garp Sinhala is a keyboard runtime software which you can tipe sinhala
in English.
Normaly it's called 'Phonetic' but not like other phonetic softwares
it's verry easy to type sinhala
using garp sinhala

You can find the garp sinhala V.6 in Tavultesoft website or you can
search the web for "Garp Sinhala"

මේ ගැටළුමට හේතුව Vista නිවැරදි විජේසේකර input method (the sequence in which you press the keys to enter text) එකට සහාය නොදැක්වීම. සිංහලෙන්ම කියනවානම් Microsoftලා පණ්ඩිත වැඩක් කරලා - ඒගොල්ලන්ට ඕනෑ විදිහට input method එක define කරලා. ICTA එකත් මේ ගැන දන්නවා - Microsoftලාට දන්වලාත් තියෙනවා (Release එකට මාස දෙක තුනකට කලින්ම). නමුත් ඔවුන් එය සකස් කර නෑ. Rendering වල නම් කිසි වරදක් නෑ.

සමහරවිට Service Pack එනතුරු ඉන්න වෙයිද දන්නෙ නෑ.

මට තව ප්‍රශ්ණයක් තියෙනව,

මම වින්ඩෝස් විස්ටා හෝම් ප්‍රීපියම් පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ එකට මයික්‍රොසොෆ්ට්
වර්ඩ් 2003 ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කරලා තියෙනවා
නමුත් එහි ටයිප් කරන විට හරියට රෙන්ඩරින් වෙන්නේ නැහැ. මේකට හෙතුවක් හා
විසඳුමක් තිබේද??
