I have bought off on the idea of of The List in a big mean way.
I see The List as the entry point to the entire project managementment
system.
1. Have the customers prioritize the list
2. Scrum Teams surface once a month (we have 3)
3. Move items from the top of the list into the next sprint
This is interesting because in our environment, we are looking at many
products and about 3 scrum teams. So, the list must be able to bridge
all products and therefore have the clients (internal) fight out who
gets their items into the next list.
Anyone have any tool ideas? I am looking at buying and customizing
JIRA to get "the perfect list".
