Subject: Registration
I started out this afternoon with a demo version of your software.
Then after doing some work I decided to go ahead and purchase the
software for my daughter's summer basketball team.  I ran into a
problem after registering the software.  I used in the demo version
mattoonmotion as our team's site url prefix.  However after registering
the software this disappeared from the software.  When I type it back
in and then publish the site I get the following message "Site name:
'mattoonmotion' is already taken.  Please choose a different name."  It
is right but is already taken by our team.  It appears that our site
number is 67337.  What should I do?

After you register you have a different user name and so the next time
you try to publish your site with the same URL prefix the server says
nope it isn't you, sorry.
To get around this problem you should blank out the URL prefix and
publish one last time before entering in your new user name and
SeasonPlanner - 2004 license. Then enter the URL prefix back into the
software and publish the site again. Or, send me an EMail and I fix it
on my end.
