SAVE THE DATE - PRINCE MAX (Dr. Mario-Max Prince Schaumburg-Lippe*)
speaks up for the
"GLOBAL CHILDHOOD CANCER DAY"
Sunday, 1st of JULY 2007
Prince Max: "I feel that the below steps should be taken by the
international community if we are to support kids with childhood
cancer, so that the children are better being thought of and can have
the best individual lives possible."
While many of the people involved in the day for the kids are calling
for the objectives below as part of the "GLOBAL CHILDHOOD CANCER DAY",
it is not essential for an individual or an organisation to have
signed up a statement in order to participate.
SUPPORT
- Strengthen the kids through personal or financial support.
Local foundations and organizations in your greater area will show you
the best way to provide support for kids suffering from childhood
cancer.
- Spread the word.
On July 1st, the world should think about children, raise funds,
organize charity-events, get the buzz going. Be one of the good people
to make everything happen.
HUMANITARIAN AID
- Enforce aid levels
Essential funds used for a humanitarian cause, must be directed to
children too. Make a deal: Connect your donation with a "must-be-
fullfilled" percentage level tp suppor kids.
- Information access
Ask and get familiar with reports where your support is most
efficently needed. If possible travel to the area where help is given
to kids with childhood cancer and see their work yourself.
