How to connect:
A) Chat client:  http://www.mirc.com and get the latest mIRC program

B) Web Connect (java): http://williamslake.bc.ca.starlink-irc.org

C) Web Connect (browser):  Download mozilla or seamonkey to use the
built-in chatzilla feature of those browsers. (or download chatzilla
standalone)

D) Web Connect (WEBTV/MSNTV)
1.  Return to the Home page
2. Select Chat
3. Select Go to
4. Enter the following:
Server address (something like irc.starlink-irc.org)
Port number (typically 6667)
The channel name (such as WebTV)
5. Select Connect
