Here's a brochure about an upcoming class held in Spokane for the first time in a long time... Master Food Preserving.
 
Starts Friday 5/2 and goes through mid-June
Friday afternoons, 12-4pm
at the WSU Spokane County Extension Office
$45, plus volunteer hours as payback
 
Much more info on the attached brochure!  Great to see many of you there if you can.  Perfect addition to the Slow Food tool kit!
