Could any one tell me how can i design navigation in asp.net so that
search engines could crawl through that

You don't have to make in asp.net. you can use simple html or css.
Search engine can easily crawl

No matters if you are using ASP for your navigation, the main thing to care about is that your website output html should be W3 friendly for that purpose you can run any any W3 recommended HTML validation tool either  online  or any desktop application, Make  fix all the recommendations you will get at the end and for sure Search engine will not have any problem for good results of your navigational areas.
