Encoding/decoding libraries?

Just curious when will be the libs related to encoding/decoding
dictionaries and other related libs will be released.

For encoding and decoding the VCDIFF format, you can use either open-
vcdiff (http://code.google.com/p/open-vcdiff) or Xdelta (http://
xdelta.org/).

For an example of a client that supports SDCH, please see Chromium
(http://www.chromium.org/). The modules that implement SDCH are
located in the net/base directory of the Chromium source tree.
