Subject: SDCH and IE/Google Toolbar
I'm using IE8 and Google Toolbar

Version: 5.0.2124.6042/en-GB (GGLL)
Notifier Version: 5.0.926.3450
Dictionary Compression Version: 1.0.610.10250

But seem unable to get IE/Toolbar to trigger a request for the
dictionary, and use SDCH.

Looking about I see references to a header X-SDCH-DICT or something,
so I presume the protocols are different to the documented/Chrome
implementation.

Any documentation on how to get toolbar's sdch working in IE?

Jared
