Getting URL Parameter with Rpad

Hi everybody.

I have the following question:

Is there some mechanism that permit to get the parameters passed in
the url?
Like this:

I need to use the value of the variable "id" into the tag:

The gWidgetsWWW package uses Rpad to let dynamic web pages be built
using the gWidgets API. The gWidgets package simplifies the use of
graphical toolkits for the R user (at a cost in flexibility and power

i try to display utf-8 strings by rpad, however these are scrumbled to
something unreadable.
to reproduce:
on [link] as myname put something
like "čšíéťáščíéáť" (aacute, scaron, ...) and click calculate

Problem finding R

Hi,

I have installed Rpad on a linux machine running centos5. Rpad is
failing because the web server cannot find R. The R executable is in /
usr/local/bin. I would appreciate any suggestions for getting this to
work.
