Subject: Join the new Quad Copter Drone Group at Reverse Space!

Reverse Space is creating a new group with a project to 3D print the shell
for a quad copter called the PL2Q Hugin found on *
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19161*<http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19161>. We have a new team leader for the group Fred Briggs. Fred is an avid
entrepreneur and has years of experience in remote controlled projects. At
the meeting we will be showing several videos of quad copter drones being
created by several universities. We will follow with a discussion about
creating the drone and future projects for the group. There are some
fantastic you tube videos of this 3D printer drone at *
youtube.com/watch?v=MtMYRgkvqsk*<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtMYRgkvqsk>.

We also will be starting the process of creating a microcontroller group
at the same time because of the electronics used in the drone. For this
meeting we will have a Raspberry Pi (*www.raspberrypi.org*<http://www.raspberrypi.org/>)
for people to use, Arduinos, Arduino Mega, five digital soldering machines,
oscilloscopes, variable 30V 5A DC power supplies, and more.

We will be meeting this 10/4/12 at 6:30pm.
