Online Community Moderator *

Whole Foods Market's Online Community Moderator will act as an advocate for
and supporter of community members.

*Responsibilities will include: *

* Monitoring community content (ratings, reviews, and comments) and
facilitating user discussions
* Administering software and third party plug-ins for blogs (WordPress) and
other community content tools
* Serving as the primary provider of support for community members
* Acting as a liaison between community members and other Whole Foods Market
stakeholders
* Developing and implementing plans to grow the usage of community elements
* Analyzing community usage, providing basic interpretation of metrics, and
making recommendations for new features and improvements

*Must have/be: *

* Passion for the core values of Whole Foods Market
* Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to take initiative
* Current involvement in one or more online communities
* Outstanding written communication skills
* Strong customer service mindset
* Attention to detail and diligence in follow up on open issues
* Ability to multitask and manage own time
* Comfort working with numbers

BA or equivalent preferred.

Position is located in Austin, TX.
