Greetings,
I have a bunch of Typepad blogs that I would like to develop custom skins
for. I'm hoping to find someone to work with who has already done this a
bunch of times, has examples of their work to review, and would be cost
effective for producing a new skin or two every month.

Simple Document Management System ideas?

Does anyone have experience/recommendation with a simple document management system that can run on a Windows server?
Ideally, the system would allow for basic browsing/downloading and uploading files through a browser. It would also be able to pick up files that had been put on the server manually (not through the app).

A couple of forums that I've used in the past utilize a system of e-
mail updates that I've found useful, but different from the norm.
Instead of sending an e-mail every time someone responds to a thread
to which you are subscribed, they send you one e-mail as soon as
someone responds after your post, and in the e-mail they inform you

Hello Refresh!
What do you guys use for JS unit testing? I'm hoping for something
out of browser, but if it's in-browser that's okay, too... It'd be
*really* nice if I could find something that could run as part of a
build process, i.e. the build fails if the tests fail. I've seen
JSUnit ([link]) but it seems a bit clunky.

The PHP developer on my current project has gone MIA. Need someone
