I have a client that wants to display their site in multiple
languages... They don't have a CMS for their site
right now, but they WILL need one if they want to do this. Any
recommendations on open source CMS
software that makes i18n as easy as possible? (I know it won't be
easy, nothing ever is!)

SXSW Panels Due this Week

Hey folks, just a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit a SXSW panel
idea is this Friday. I'd love to see an army of Refreshers giving talks.
For what it's worth (and not at all surprising), panel submissions so far
have been dominated by iPhone and "social media" ideas.
Submission Form: [link]

This thing totally saved my bacon. It's a simple function that tests
if a pages is within a hierarchy (such as when you want to style
different sections of a site differently).
it's called "is_tree"
Check it: [link]

I'd want something with the
following features:
Must haves:
- Runs on *nix systems
- Can be run as a cron job
- Outputs reports as HTML
- Follows 301 and 303 re-writes
- Configurable to show external links and internal links separately

Greetings all. I have something that may prove to be interesting
debugging. I'm not sure if the issue is jQuery or CSS.
Take a look at this page [link] in FF3
or Safari (or IE8/IE7).
See the big image top-center of the page. If you roll over it the
image is shifted (one very long single image). Same for the list of
