horizontal logo-bar

Hello,
do you know how to put logo-bar in horizontal?
I have problems to put vertical at left, I obtain a decent result only
if I put LOGO-BAR as last item in the right of the window.

Which is going to cause no end of confusion...
What about LOAD? Can the new REBOL load old REBOL data without falling over? (I've not had time to play with it yet.)

Hi all,
I tried to use rebol3 on windows, but I can't use any of my rebol2
scripts.

If I had "example.r" to use with rebol3, what I should do?

I tried "rebol3.exe example.r", but it doesn't work.

I tried to launch example.r in rebol3 shell, but it doesn't work...

You can see the source for the style by doing:

probe get-style 'anim

I would guess you can pause it by setting the rate to none and doing a
'show on the face. If that doesn't work, ask on the ML as not many
people watch here.

Hi all,
I just discovered the "anim" function: it's great!!!
It works with any image file type!
For example:
Rebol[]
view layout [
anim rate 10 frames [ %./bay.jpg %./rebologo2.gif]
]

My question is: how can create a button to activate or pause the
animation?

Hi Max,

ROUND/DOWN is the equivalent of truncate in other languages. That will
round to the nearest integer.

Hopefully REBOL 3 will deliver on both the language and documentation front, but that remains to be seen. I'd keep my eye on REBOL on the off chance it does, just don't base any plans on it. Sadly, it's been a long time since I could honestly recommend REBOL to anyone. (Other than to the already computer-savvy as an example of an excellent language/platform.)

I resolved with the face/pane function.
However I think that it's useless going further with Rebol 2 or 3
development, if there aren't complete guides to the language.
I love Rebol, but it's so difficult to obtain guide on VID, that is
one of the key of the spreading of Rebol in the world.
