This isn't the end, but it is the beginning of the end. They may work around this gap, but it is almost guaranteed that whomever they come up with won't have the credibility to mount a meaningful challenge.
What's interesting is they didn't fail for lack of funds or a failure to achieve goals. They simply couldn't convince any major politicians to defect; worse, nobody else managed to gain any meaningful support.... more »
