More Event Plugs: Richmond Dev Jam - Meet Ruby

While I'm plugging Ruby events, I guess I should add the one that I'm presenting at. :)

I'll be leading a Q/A session[2] about Ruby, Rails and anything else that comes up for Richmond Dev Jam[1]. All are welcome, and no knowledge about Ruby or Rails is required. I expect that one of the first questions that'll hit up is "What's Ruby and why should I care?".
