RI MRC and RI DMAT have been requested by the Providence Emergency Management
Agency (PEMA) to provide Physician level care to the participants of the
WaterFire Event on Saturday, June 13, 2009: 1600 - 2400.
This is a special event due to the fact that the United States Conference of
Mayors will be in Providence that weekend and many of the participants

We are still in need of staffing for the Cox Marathon this Sunday May 3,
2009.
There is one Main Medical station at Burnside Park in downtown Providence
and two aid stations along the course at Veterans Parkway and Memorial and
Bullocks Point/Riverside Square.
I still need RNs, EMTs, and any and all mid levels to assist with this
