Tuesday Night Time Trials

Now that Ault Park has completed yet another highly successful year, we expect to see everyone out in Cleves on Tuesday Nights getting the most out of 10.2 miles.

We have had many great nights so far this year with great turnouts and many riders getting personal best times on a regular basis. The course record is being threatened as Peter Wimberg is getting closer and closer to getting under 22:00. The junior's record is in sight for young Cory St. Clair as he has obviously been working hard all year. The women's record is still up for grabs. We haven't seen Bena out yet this year, but Mary Downing made a surprise appearance and wasn't that far off of the record time.

Remember that the Time Trial isn't just limited to your tradition road bikes or time trial bike. If you have a tandem, come on out. If you have a recumbent, come on out. If you have inline skates, come on out! Yes, we have had someone do the time trial on inline skates. The record time on inline skates is 35:40.

Get your teams ready for the Team Challenge which is being planned for Saturday, October 4, 2008 this year.
