Install/update wine with YaST, Smart or...

Download python-252.msi and PyScripter-setup.exe

From a terminal:

winecfg (look around and exit)

wine misexec /i python-252.msi

wine PyScripter-setup.exe

From KDE:

K Menu>Applications>Wine>Programs>PyScripter>PyScripter for Python 2.5

And away you go! :-)

(Small annoyance with cursor showing a bit right of where it should be.)
