How to implement transition render effect

I'm new with PURE and has tried some of examples, download and trying
on my PC.

On technical side, fast rendering is really big advantage, but if too
fast that will make unnatural for people to see, so the effect will
make a counter intuitive. Like on OSX or Vista/7 there always have a
transition effect on windows changes, so our eye can follow the
changes without reducing user performance.

I think make this options became a default feature will nice, but
still provide an option without effect.

Pure is a templating engine. doesn't do transitions that I am aware
of. It is use to dynamically create HTML given data and a template.
For ui transitions and effects use something like jquery ui/effects in
combo with pure.
